Do you sell patch repair for the floor? Also, why has the floor mat shrunk? My unit has only been used 10 times in two months. Don't get me wrong, the Suanabox was what I could afford, but I feel like it is falling apart.

I love this sauna. I wanted to try out a sauna without spending $5k+ and this hit the spot. The plunge is also fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone. I'm hooked and use it almost every day.

Great product. Easy to set up and use. Kind of amazing really that I vsn have a sauna in my home. And best part is that it was covered by my FSA $. I also especially love that you can do essential oils with it.

My husband LOVES his Saunabox! He uses it every day. When it arrived the remote was cracked but customer service responded immediately to my email and we received a replacement in a week. You can still turn it on manually so that wasn't an issue. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!!

Arrived quickly, easy set up and my husband and I love it!

It worked great for about a week and now it just won’t heat up. I have tried everything and the humidifier box doesn’t heat up the water anymore.

Purchased the Saunabox Pro Bundle on holiday promotion and so far, couldn't be more satisfied. The user manual is well-written and easy to follow; set-up took about 30mins. Using the recommended distilled water, as noted in the manual the unit took around 15 mins. Initially set the unit to 7 but have since lowered to 5 as the product is very efficient at generating steam. Hopefully the product is as durable as it performs despite some complaints in this regard in the reviews. That said, definitely recommend.
