I got this for my husband for Christmas. I was worried that he wouldn’t like it, it wouldn’t get hot enough for him, etc. He has used different types of saunas for years - so he knows what he likes and is very knowledgeable about health and fitness. We’ve had the Saunabox for almost a month, and he loves it! He has bragged to everyone how great it is and how hot it gets. I’ve used it and love it too. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Loving the Sauna Box. Loving it. Hating the fact that the steam box is made of black plastic which new science teaches us is wildly toxic. I've reached out to the company numerous times but have been given the runaround. Translation I'm left to suspect: the black plastic contains fire retardant chemicals (bromine, chlorine, phosphorus, nitrogen, and inorganic compounds) that are deemed highly toxic and banned in Europe, Australia, etc. And to further exacerbate this problem, steam travels through the seemingly toxic steam box and directly into your lungs. That's a whole bunch of no bueno in my opinion.

I love this product. When I moved to a new city my local gym didn't have a steamroom anymore. This is the best product I've found that mimics the sensation of the steam room in the comfort of my own home. Bundled with the cold plunge pool offered and I feel the best I've felt in year.

I have been looking at saunas for years. I have one at my gym so it hasn’t been a problem getting to use one. I was skeptical at first because I have always liked the dry sauna over the steam sauna. For those of you passing up on The Saunabox because of this reason, let me tell you I was blown away. When you step in to the Saunabox there is not waiting period of when you start pouring sweat. It is worth every penny of the purchase price. I will have two very soon because I want to have one for travel and one that stays at my home. The main reason for this is my girlfriend, who never really used saunas before does not want to be without it. She has rheumatoid arthritis and is getting amazing benefits as well. I really can’t recommend it enough!

I have been waiting over a month for them to process my return of the SaunaBox I ordered. I’m starting to question whether they will ever give me my money back.

Wonderful, well made product. Has improved my health and quality of life. Would recommend to anyone that loves a good sweat. I will be using this weekly (if not daily) for years to come.

Packaging was impressive, with everything tucked neatly inside. Frame went together easily and the outer fabric shell seems to be fairly well constructed, including the zipper. When using the unit, you can see light through the stitching and zipper areas, leaving you to wonder how much heat escapes while in use, but the inside does get and stays very hot during a session, over 120 degrees on Lv7. Between the sweat absorbing mat and the waterproof bottom of the shell, the sauna does a flawless job of preventing moisture/sweat from seeping out onto whatever type of floor it's sitting on, which is something I was worried about. After my purchase and initial few uses, I reached out to SAUNABOX via FB messenger with a few questions regarding suggestions for a light inside and thermometer. Their delayed and inadequate response is the reason they didn't get a 5th star. However, I am very happy with my SAUNABOX sauna!

Was delivered in a well packed container. Works as advertised, heats up on my exposed back porch even in 55 degree weather. Only had it for 3 weeks. If it holds up and zipper does break, or the seams stay together after 2 years, I’d say it was worth the price.
