Worst Company ever..took the order 6 weeks back still waiting for the product. I Quote them after 4 weeks that they are still waiting for the product. Why would ypu take the order atbthr first place that is my question.Please never buy anything from them.

I sent an inquiry to find out why I had not yet received my order. They apologized immediately and explained the delay, accepting total responsibility. I was impressed by that alone.But to my surprise, I was a offered a credit for my inconvenience. The experience was atypical of what I have become used to with the customer service of various companies, who frequently have an attitude of "yeah so what". It was truly refreshing, they could teach other companies the standard of care that a buyer should expect. Well Done!!! And thanks again for the excellent customer service.

From the very beginning I happened to order an item that was just sold out. Throughout the process of receiving my Pulse Pro I had to reach out to customer service several times and the timely responses were 2nd to none. My questions were answered and my concerns were also handled very professionally from the SaunaBox team. The product is as good as advertised as well. I will definitely refer anyone I hear that may be interested in an in home Sauna. SaunaBox team, THANK YOU for all your help.

Their warranty department will find small technicalities in a contract to not repair/replace their product that breaks easily. I will say they responded quickly but not the type of company I would recommend doing business with.

Product has been great so far. Easy to set up. Decent quality considering the price of the unit. Only issue has been that I can't get temperature above 143 when I am inside it. (It preheats to over 160). Customer support has been very responsive and is trying to help solve the issue. Hopefully they can. Issued solved. Put mat underneath sauna, instead of it being on cement floor. Sauna is now hovering around 150 when I'm in it.

Well it ended up taking a little longer than expected to receive my suana but I have to say customer service was there every step of the way. They answered all of my emails in such a professional and courteous manner. Found solutions for my problems, they were great. I finally got my suana pulse pro and I'm so glad I didn't accept the full refund offered for the delay because I absolutely love this thing.

My wife purchased the SaunaBox pulse for me for Christmas. The sauna is amazing - everything is as advertised. However, after about 3 weeks I had an issue with the remote not working, thus all of it not working. When you get your SaunaBox and use it every day you will understand the panic I felt when it didn't work. Customer support was amazing. they responded very quickly and asked for video of what was going on. After a few different fix attempts we got it working - only missed one day of Sauna! The service matches the product - first class!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought the pulse sauna with infrared light therapy. False advertising, customer service is absolutely AWFUL. I had to resort to 4 emails, commenting on their Instagram, TikTok, and sending them a message on Facebook to finally get a response from them. If you plan to use a sauna in your garage double check if your outlets are GFCI protected. Your outlet may look like a standard outlet, but if it’s GFCI protected (like all garages likely will be if your electrical is up to code) then your sauna WILL NOT WORK. The sauna power box comes with its own built in GFCI protection. If you plug in the sauna box (that’s GFCI protected already) into a GFCI protected circuit it will without a doubt, automatically trip the circuit. I never got to use the thing, so I can’t speak on the longevity of the product, but building the thing was annoying. So many things are left out of the directions that we had to resort to YouTube videos made by customers who are also shitting on the directions and how they had to figure it out themselves. Do NOT recommend this company by any means.
