They are not really helpful with my concerns! They are not helping me return an item! A duplicate item!

This company is a very serious. They were giving me an update every week about my earrings.

It was easy to bruise the selections on the website. Selecting and making purchases was simple and intuitive. The products came very ahead of schedule. The engagement ring and earrings I picked for her Christmas present and marriage proposal are stunningly beautiful pieces. Thank you!

Great product at a great and affordable price! Communication from time of order to receiving the product provides the buyer with knowledge that they made the right purchase.

Extremely slow production, long procession and shipping. Customer service is also not prompt or helpful. Seems like a good choice if you have TWO MONTHS to wait for your order. I ordered a set for a wedding gift one month in advance and had to cancel because it did not arrive on time.
