I purchased a ring from Sateur Paris in November 2024, expecting a beautiful, long-lasting piece of jewellery with a white gold finish. Unfortunately, less than two years later, the ring looks absolutely horrible. The finish has faded almost entirely, and several parts of the ring have turned black. It honestly looks so cheap and worn out that I can’t even wear it anymore. I find it ridiculous that a ring marketed as a quality piece of jewellery could deteriorate this badly in such a short time. After reading other customer reviews, I’m even more disappointed to see that several people have experienced similar issues with the plating and discolouration. Clearly, I’m not the only one raising concerns about the quality. What bothers me most is that Sateur advertises a Lifetime Care policy that supposedly covers manufacturing defects, including plating issues. I really hope the company honours that promise instead of simply calling this normal wear and tear. I’m requesting that Sateur take responsibility and either replace the ring or professionally restore it, completely free of charge, including shipping. If neither is possible, I believe a full refund would be fair. I have photographs showing the condition of the ring and can provide my original purchase details. I genuinely hope Sateur takes this seriously and resolves the issue fairly. I would much rather be able to share a positive experience about how the company handled my complaint. I’m happy to update this review if Sateur steps up and provides a satisfactory resolution.

Ordered a necklace from the Versailes 1682 Collection. It was teeny-tiny, not for a human being, for a Barbie doll! It's a scam! The 5 carat princess cut ring is fine, let's just see how it ages.

Received ring after weeks of waiting, looks cheap and doesn’t have silver stamp on it.

The refund policy is misleading. There are no refunds or exchanges . The ring is terrible - so scratchy, looks very cheap and the matching earings, the shaft broke the first time I wore them. Packaging is the only positive. Don't waste your money !
