Too small It's just short of fitting. What a waste of money. Can you help?
Response from SatéurOct 3, 2026
A piece that sits just short of fitting is not one you should be left with, and we are sorry for the waste that feeling creates. Our sizing exchange and 30-day return both cover this. Please
write to [email protected] and the team will sort a resolution.

The colour of stone is wrong and cartoonish
The stone is cartoonishly blue, the ring in the picture has an aquamarine shade of blue, the one I received was dark cartoon colour blue
Response from SatéurSep 9, 2026
A colour that reads differently in person than it did on screen is a fair thing to be disappointed by, and we would rather resolve it than debate it. Our 30-day return covers exactly this. Please write to [email protected] and it will be handled from there.

I am very unhappy with the stud…
I am very unhappy with the stud earrings. The way they were set , the earrings face downwards and you can barely see the stone. I brought it to my jeweler to see if it could be fixed and he said it was the way the stones were set. Unfortunately I cannot wear these earrings.
Response from SatéurSep 9, 2026
A setting that turns the stones away from the light is not the standard we hold, and a piece you cannot wear is not one you should be left with. Lifetime Satéur Care covers a setting fault and our 30-day return covers the rest. Please write to [email protected] and we will put it right.

This company is fraudulent and scams customers
Be aware of this company's overtly fraudulent behavior. About their allegedly "no hassle" return policy: They won't accept returns on Sale items, as stated on their website. So, in order to refuse requests for refunds, they run a Sale almost all the time on almost every item. That means that virtually every purchase you make is final. If you do buy something not on Sale, you can only get a refund if you tell them their fake diamond doesn't look like a real diamond, and there's a crazy catch: You need to prove this by sending them a photo of what you bought from them NEXT TO a photo of a real diamond of comparable size and cut! It's completely ridiculous.
If you want a refund on the basis of anything else—craftsmanship, quality, metals, or anything else you didn't like about the piece you bought, you must email them on the same day you place your order (no, I am not joking) with the subject: "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee" and then, when you get the item, request a refund on that email chain.
Their settings look and feel extremely cheap in person. They know this. This is why they make it impossible to return anything for an actual refund.
That said, I got two items from them that I'm happy to keep:
I got 6 tcw moissanite studs (3 carats each) and they're fine as I will use them on video calls and when I am traveling and don't want to bring anything expensive. The studs sparkle as expected, but that's just the nature of moissanite. The earrings feel cheap and lightweight and anyone who holds them in their hand would know they're not holding fine jewelry. The setting is not solid enough for the size of the stones, but you can't really tell when they're on your ears, so for me, they're fine. They look nice, just not better than any other not-solid-gold moissanite studs.
I also got a necklace with a very pretty design, the Vérité Sacrée rose gold necklace with Sateur's lab-grown diamond as the center stone. I like it and it sparkles well, but again, it's extremely lightweight. More importantly, I have never seen a more absurd locking mechanism. It is so, so small and so poorly designed that there is no way to open and close it when it's around your neck. I added an extender with a magnetic clasp.
I knew the jewels would not be refundable, but they weren't expensive, which is why I'm happy to keep them.
The company is explicitly misleading you with good marketing. It is not fine jewelry and won't fool anyone who holds it or looks closely. The company has no connection whatsoever to France. They are not different than countless other costume or gold-plated jewelry sellers online. There is no way their jewels are made the way they pretend through their email updates, i.e., now your stone is being selected, now your ring is being set by master jewelers, now it's going through meticulous inspection, etc. I am certain their jewels are either mass-produced or set by machines or semi-skilled craftsmen.
I am not unhappy with the pieces I got, but the company is absolutely dishonest and is committing fraud. I would never buy an engagement ring or other special item here.
DO NOT BUY IF: 1) You're hoping for fine jewelry or 2) You may want to return the item for a refund.

We understand how the policy read to you. Standard-priced pieces carry our full 30-day return; promotional pieces are marked final at checkout before purchase — but we never want a policy to feel like a trap. Write to [email protected] and we will review your case individually.

Ordered a ring, still waiting to see it.
Ordered a ring, they were up front about timing. Everything seemed great when they were ready to ship on day 12 of my order, 4/11. They estimated i would receive it between 4/13 and 4/18.
I emailed them on 4/15 because i had not seen any movement on their tracker. I was told it was shipped and should arrive soon. I received a new tracking number. I should now receive it in 5-8 days...so by 4/23.
My ring left a shipping facility in Illinois on 4/22 headed to Michigan. I hope I see it soon.
The original tracker still says it is ready to be shipped.
Response from SatéurJul 31, 2026
You've described the experience fairly, and the tracking gap is ours to own. We are rebuilding how shipment updates reach our clients so the window we quote is the window we keep. If your piece has still not arrived as expected, [email protected] will resolve it.

I placed an order February…
I placed an order February 23,2026.received conformation . Received numerous updates. March 7,2026 received email stating my order was in transit. I’ve still not received my order and beginning to think this is a scam. I requested a tracking number. The shipping company has not received the items as of March 20,2026.

What to know about order Sateur
There are two things to be said about ordering from Sateur. The first is the ordering experience, and more specifically the complete uncertainty that surrounds when you will receive the product that you order. As I have laid out in detail in a separate review, this company was completely unable to give me an accurate estimate of a delivery date, and didn’t even know where the product was. It was obvious to me that the ring I ordered was coming from a Chinese supplier over whom they had no control. The various communications from Sateur were nothing more than optimistic assessments posing as firm delivery dates, and were contradicted by later communications. One email from the company actually said that I should ignore other emails from the company that were simply spit out by the computer as a matter of course
The second issue is the quality of the product. While it looked great initially, the gold plating rubbed off within two weeks. What was supposed to be a gold ring is now a sterling silver ring. Two weeks!
If you order from Sateur, my advice is to not have a deadline in mind for receiving the product, and to assume the product is simply going to be cheap Chinese costume jewelry that will not stand the test of time.

Worn through to silver in only 3 weeks.
Bought a Satéur Aurous Gold Raffiné Ring.
1. The order was very slow to arrive.
2. After only 3 weeks of light use, the gold plating has already worn through in the pointy spots and where it meets a pure gold ring on the same finger.
3. It´s made in China. Not Paris.
The stone is nice. But will not buy the brand again.
