I was told weeks ago that my item was en route. Turns out that was not the case. When I sent an email to get a shipping number to track my item I received an email.back saying they didn't my address again. Then got another saying they needed my Personal Identification number. I have ordered from you 3 times and every time it's more complicated. You would think that my info would be on file but for some reason they always need the same info over and over again. My email said I would get my ring by December 6th and it is now the 20th and I have still not received anything. I do believe this will be the last time I order from this site which is a shame because I love the jewelry.

I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. I ordered a ring from this company in early November and a confirmation email stated my product would be delivered on Nov 28 with no tracking number or courier information which I thought was odd but didnt think much about it. I received update emails throughout the process letting me know what stage the product was in. On day 12 I received an entail stating my item had been shipped and another one later stating my product was nearing my destination. By November 28th, I hadn’t received my product and attempted to reach out for clarification and simply to Ask for a tracking number so I could check My progress. There is no phone number, only an email . I emailed asking for a tracking number and was told they didn’t know but they would look into it. After several days, I hadn’t heard back so I Emailed again and was given a bunch of excuses about why the product was t here and they couldn’t locate the tracking number. At this point I asked for a full refund or my product to be overnight delivered at their expense. I received another email 2 days later requesting my patience because they were looking into it. And they valued me as a customer. They asked me to give them yet another week to locate the product….(a product that I now now is never going to be delivered and does t even exist) still not able to simply provide a tracking number or courier information. Remember, they emailed me earlier telling me the product had shipped and was beating my doorstep. I was also assured in writing that if my product has not arrived by today, they would refund my money. They haven’t and they likely will not. I’ve also received emails asking fir my help in giving a review and they say” we hope you are enjoying your product.” I’m one email they ask if I’m enjoying the product but in another can’t locate the tracking number. Stay away from This company. I can’t even rate the product because I never received it. You’d be better served lighting cash on fire and watching it burn because at least then, you’d have something to look at for a minute. This is not a real company. They use fake Facebook profiles to review their products online. Stay away.

I bought a ring a year ago, returned it, paid the postage myself, and was told they would refund me. I am still waiting a year later. They refuse to answer my emails. This company is a SCAM. Do NOT buy their products.

Out of 5 separate orders, two have/had "shipping/customs problems. Many emails were exchanged to get them to me. Your order page still shows that all I have ordered/received as "in progress." No complaints about the products. Your shipping sucks. BIG BIG MINUS for you.
