I bought 3 ring and I really love them and they look so real diamonds.. boughtthe earrings 4 karats I’m not really thrilled because the settings is too think and not dainty .. I love the box it’s beautiful. . I got 2 karat ring , 3 karat and the 3 stones ( middle stone 3 karat and the 2 sides stones 1 karat each .

Ordered a ring for an important occasion. Left what I thought was a good buffer. Was given a range of dates to expect the product to arrive at my location. Received regular emails saying things like "It's Day 8, and your order is on track, and this is what is happening." We are now past the latest estimated date. Order has still not even shipped. I have been asking for a week for a realistic ETA and every message back is "Just keep waiting." Not getting any useful information from customer service. If I could just get a real ETA I could try to scrabble and make other plans. I still am hopeful that something will arrive, and I may have a different review when I get it. However, right now trying to get my order is extremely painful. Getting something as simple as a real update is impossible. If you are considering ordering from them, be warned that you will not likely get your product on time, and you will not receive useful updates. I do honestly hope that I receive my order, and it's amazing. But until then I can't recommend this company.

I have bought two of these exquisite rings and the women that I had bought them for absolutely adored them. I would recommend these rings for any person as a gift to the loved one.

I never received my order even though Sateur had no problem taking my money. So I would never order anything from this company ever again nor recommend it to anyone.

Do not buy Sateur jewelry. The chain and bale on my necklace look like a cheap yellow metal. It does not resemble 14k gold at all. I contacted Sateur to initiate a return and they said no. I read their return policy and was willing to lose some money towards their “restocking” fee but I was denied a refund. Sateur is a shady company. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. You can research online and find many stories like mine. Do not buy from Sateur.

The quality of the ring is exceptionally high, the stone is beautifully cut, the golden ring what houses it is beautiful itself. The packaging is really nice with an added bright white led when you’re open the box just make the stone sparkle. The communication you receive throughout the manufacturing process is detailed and reassuring. I will definitely make more purchases from Satéur in the future and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who would like a gorgeous ring in a reasonable price.
