Good affordable prices
Received an authentic bottle of creed aventus through them came quickly and safely would consider buying again if it weren’t for duty fees and UPS over the boarder shipping being so expensive.

Find a Good Deal on Watches
I bought a watch from their shop and it went very smooth. The shipping was free, safely packaged and arrived on time. The price for it was also a decent deal and their 10% code was useful! Was a great gift for my grandpa.

Our team is committed to providing high-quality service and products. We always strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. After reviewing the concerns, our service options were in line with industry standards, but due to unknown logistical operational errors from our carrier, a short unexpected delay occurred during shipment.

Love my watch but not Horizon
The watch delivered on time but the hands are supposed to be luminous after charging under light. The luminous feature does not work after several days of charging so I contacted Horizon (well within the 14 day time period). Horizon Support agent told me if that feature is really important to me I will need to spend more money on a better watch! I replied back and the next agent told me to contact Citizen. Uhmmm okay but Citizen did not sell me this watch- Horizon did- a week ago. I will say- otherwise I am happy with this watch but sure do wish the luminous hands worked as described. Not really sure I would recommend this company as their service right after you receive your product was well BELOW lacking. Per Horizon Response- I was never offered a return as an option. Again-completely lacking in any real customer service and their response shows the public how they deal with their customers sadly.
