Prompt n safe delivery. Their after sales support. I couldn't track one of my delivered orders. After a couple of mails, as a goodwill gesture, Sateur gave me a discount voucher for $60/-. I wrote to them when I located the delivery n apologized to them, but they still honored the discount voucher. This is what makes people become life long customers. I now recommend Sateur to all my friends n family.

I was skeptical about this, but received the earrings that I ordered. The light up case makes them sparkle. Very happy with the look and quality. They said it would be 20 days to reach me and it was delivered on the 20th day!

Bought a pair of earrings for my wife and she loved it. The delivery took a while but understandable since every piece is custom made. The packaging was impressive too. Made a 2nd purchase soon after with the discount voucher that came with the 1st order.

I’d give this company no stars if possible. They charged me for 3 items and shipped 1. Now I need to go thru my bank because they won’t refund my money. Scammers!!! Stay away!!!
