I never received my merchandise. They sent it to the wrong address. They have not rectified it nor have they issued me a refund. I have sent them numerous emails. They tell me to get in touch with the shipping company which I cannot do. I’ve asked for a phone number for Sateur which they have yet to supply me so that I could speak with a live person. I would not recommend ordering for this company as they have zero customer service.

Che dire non vi fidate Hanno bloccato i miei commenti su fb e mi hanno scritto che fare recensioni negative non risolve i problemi ma di fatto il problema dopo diversi giorni non li vogliono risolvere. I bought for my daughter- ring, ear ring and necklace as her birthday present gift, excellent design, craftsmanship and dazzling brilliance elevated her look.

Quality of product is awful and Sateur will not provide returns for refunds. Spent over $200 on an item and all they would offer is store credit of $50 or to exchange for another item. Why would I want another item of poor quality? Extremely disappointed in their product and the lack of commitment to stand behind product. Look elsewhere!!!!

Great communication but the product is so pretty and the packaging is second to none. I purchased the pretty cross and a set of earrings. both as gifts. One for my daughter and one for my baby sister. They loved it and it made them happy.

I have yet to receive anything yet. My original purchase is 8 days past the due date and I don't see a way to track it.

The rings are GREAT! great quality and design. Also the shipping was faster than expected with a packaging that help avoid Dany harm to the jewelery.
