Excellent service, keeping me posted to the making and shipping of the pendant. The item is beautifully finished and oh so sparkly! Love the lot display box as well. This is my third purchase from Sateur, very happy with them.

I ordered an engagement ring with express shipping which said it would take 6 to 8 business days. I received my order 28 days later and constantly requested tracking only to be told it was pending shipment. Only when I asked for a refund was I was given a tracking number that showed the package was shipping from China. For a "French" jewelry brand it is an embarrassment that their jewelry is produced and shipped from China.

The ordering process was quite easy and the communication about my order was very frequent and up-to-date. On the orders that I have placed already my item was delivered ahead of schedule both times. The products are a very high-quality and exceeded my expectations.

Since last year when I finally had my ears pierced I have been looking for earrings to add some sparkle. I found Sateur via an add and decided to give it a go. Month or so later I received a beautiful set of 1ct lab diamond studs and a matching necklace. I received a few emails to keep me up to date with the process. Photo's on line can only show so much, the reality however is stunning. Whenever I wear my earrings or the whole set, I feel really special. I can recommend Sateur to everybody. At these prices you truly get a lot of value for the money.

So far great service and product. I am very satisfied with the quality and get lots of compliments. I received my product in a timely manner and customer service was excellent and helped me with tracking package. Highly recommended and will order from Sateur again.

Well I am currently in dispute with Sateur! I bought a pair of earrings but when they arrived we weren’t happy with them. The settings were not as we expected and my wife did not like them. I have tried numerous times to ask for a refund but they are not agreeing to that even though I am completely in my right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. When you buy anything from Sateur they offer Hassle-free returns. So far it has only been Hassle-rich!!! I live in hope that they will realise that this approach they are taking does not work with the UK consumer.
