I got new earrings that I just love so much. The quality is five stars. I wear them everyday & receive many compliments.

I placed an order on Sateur.com on 10 June 2024. The product arrived more than a month later, only after repeated follow-ups. When it finally did, it was not what I ordered -I received a ring instead of the ear studs clearly specified in my order. Due to this incorrect item, I was charged customs duty more than three times the price of the product itself , which was non-refundable. I returned the product and immediately contacted Sateur’s support team. They initially responded saying they would investigate, but after that, there has been zero communication or resolution, despite multiple follow-ups from my side. There were also several misleading business practices: I received daily emails claiming my item was progressing through production stages. However, shipment tracking showed it was dispatched just a few days after purchase. These appear to be false updates, likely intended to delay and mislead. Customs duties were not clearly disclosed at checkout. Only after raising a concern was I told to refer to some obscure section on their website. This is a material omission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which mandates clear and upfront disclosure of all costs to the buyer. As per Indian law, this experience reflects potential violations of consumer rights, including: Unfair trade practices (Section 2(47)) Delivery of defective goods or wrong product (Section 2(10)) Failure to provide adequate redressal (Chapter V) To date, no replacement, refund, or proper response has been provided. I am in the process of exploring formal redressal through consumer court under the Act. I urge fellow consumers - especially in India - to be extremely cautious while purchasing from Sateur.com. This company has demonstrated poor accountability, deceptive communication, and disregard for consumer rights.

I ordered an engagement ring from Sateur and was very impressed with both the communication and the customer support service. The response was practically immediate and the piece arrived on time and is absolutely wonderful, my future wife absolutely loved it.
