I contacted this company trying to…
I contacted this company trying to clear up a title issue and can not reach a human being. These crooks are listed as a lien holder on a vehicle I paid off though another financing company and I hold a clean title, but am being told they have a lien on the vehicle. I purchased in 2020 and paid off in 2025. Beyond irratated and annoyed.

Worst site I’ve seen
Worst site I’ve seen. Needs a good developer who built it fine. This site isnt working at all and not at all user friendly.

Will not let me sign in
Will not let me sign in. When I can sign in I need to verify. I get the code. But then I cant sign in because it won't load and the website crashes. Do better

If there was an option of zero I would…
If there was an option of zero I would use it. However 1 stands as the only one thing they did right was to make sure they received their payment on time. Customer service terrible I have been with them for over a year not even a single day i spoke with a human being over the phone. I waited as I was put on hold for 30mins once I was 1st in line they ended the call. First time that happened I thought maybe it was a mistake . I re dial the number again and same thing happened and they waited for 30mins once I was the first in line they ended the call I kept on trying trying and same thing happens. I never missed the payment however I see a pass due on my account that i missed the payment which has never happened before. I tried to call nothing happened and a chat agent tells me that I owe the amount of money due to paperwork and stuffs. Owing and paying the money was not my problem. My problem is I thought I was done with this company and paid off everything and tried to call them to close my account but no one answered. Very frustrating customer service . If you ever need anything you won’t get it immediately they will drag your time and waste it for no reason.They send texts of acknowledgment 2-3weeks later when they receive the payment. They are not up to date very unorganized.

Locked out of newly set up account
I set up my account, tried to log in and wouldn't let me, then locked me out. I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman who was very helpful

Santander came through with the best…
Santander came through with the best financing deal. I appreciate their service and wish to have good dealings in the future.
