I had customer service worker Shaivam employee number 442704, I have been struggling logging into your guys's new account. Aunt have called multiple times without being able to get this figured out. When he picked up the phone I was only on the phone for 10 minutes. He stayed with me for every question was understandable, Patient and help me all the way through. I was very grateful for him

Good site but 1 Pay Avenue Missing
The site is overall complete and simple/basic to set up. Great site, easy to navigate and most information readily available. A critique is, your methods of payment, you should supply the name/address /phone number for those of us who choose to use OUR own banks bill pay to make payments, other than that good site.

Horrible lease initiation —FIXED
You sent me an email that doesn’t show as important. I’ve NEVER heard of you before. 15 days later my lease is delinquent. Not a single piece of US Mail. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW. I had already provided bank account information to Tesla… apparently you never received it. UPDATE: received a call today from a very helpful person who said she was in the executive office. Started with a sincere apology. Double checked my information and it turns out that somewhere between Tesla and Santander, my house number was wrong. They had sent a statement but it was returned as undeliverable. She also confirmed that my payment (made yesterday) had been processed and that the account is current. She went on to verify that no negative credit information had been reported. Well done!

Lots of timeout errors on account creation.
Got an email to set up an account. Filled in the information, got a 6 digit security code. Entered the code, the website didn't proceed. Just spun and reset. I'm a little concerned this was a scam because the welcome message also used the wrong car, but eventually it let me log in and set up autopay with the correct car on the 3rd attempt. It's fine.

I appreciate this lender looking 👀 beyond some credit card accounts I had to stop paying on because it was a rip off. I appreciate this lender taking into consideration that I have Never 🚫 had a Repossession of any vehicle 🚗 I ever agreed to purchase. I have paid in full every auto loan I have ever had. Always a Scope for Improvement
I have received my first email on the TESLA lease from your bank. The initial registration and ID creation was smooth. One confusion was on the AppStore as there are some 2 or 3 apps with the same ICON and almost same caption. A link to the AppStore in your Welcome Email will avoid any confusion.
