It was easy to create my account but…
It was easy to create my account but there was not an option to log out of my account. Is this website safe with my personal information?

I was not able to successfully create my account and autopay
I was not able to successfully create my online account and set up autopayment using Firefox, the browser of my choice. For some reason, the setup always hung on step 7 of 7. I tried to move to Chrome to complete the setup but received an error message that the account already existed. I tried to login using my password and username, but the system refused to accept it. I was able to correct things by logging in with a one-time code and resetting my password.

The information on the interest rate
The information on the interest rate , length of notes , didn’t explain why note so high and my credit score. Just had me signing without explaining the contract

Please be advised that Santander establishes a contract rate based on factors including the down payment, vehicle value, the applicant’s credit worthiness and credit rating. We provide contract terms for the applicant which they can either accept or reject at the time of the application approval. Anytime you feel a payment isn't affordable, or an APR is too high you have the option to reject the offer, or you can try and negotiate the cost of the vehicle with the dealership. I appreciate the ability to secure the loan quickly and easily. But the dealer told me if I paid off the loan in full within the first month there would be no interest charged. First I was not permitted to pay more than $12999 online and then I was charged an extra $100 for something.

Car payment
I sent my car payment on the 5th of january,2026 and a week later it was sent back to my bank so then I had to resend it today the 13th of january,2026 which makes no sense and was a waste of my time and could have costed me a late fee and or a bad report to my credit bureau
