I'm new to Sana and had some questions. When I couldn't find an answer in the knowledge base, I was able to speak to a live agent pretty quickly. They had a great attitude, answered all my questions, and made me feel well cared for.

Sam Branstool was excellent. He is always there to answer questions and update status of pricing and how the program works.

Great customer service! Open network is easy to see any doctor and great rates! The only negative is that they're not well known yet, but that just takes time.

I had an issue with LabCorp and the billing for blood work that I had done. Savannah was extremely helpful and reassuring. My opinion of Sana greatly increased after speaking with her, and the problem is resolved.
