We are so very pleased with the implementation of Sana benefits health care for our staff at our small cafe in ATX. The sana health care facility is located 2 miles from the cafe and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service and care we have received. Sana also believes in preventive health care and partners with other companies to offer multiple ways to care for yourself mentally and physically. I would highly suggest taking a look at Sana for your small business insurance needs.

I have had some difficulties setting up the ACH transfer for premiums. They we’re understanding & flexible in working through these issues.

From getting the proposal with rates, to the onboarding process for our employees, it has been exceptional! We saved about 23% on our current rates (which would have gone up on renewal) for better coverage and more options. The best customer service I have experienced in years! I really like the portal and access to so much information. I receive emails daily (as administrator and member) which is a lot. I'm sure it will slow down after the first month - but it is good to remind members again of all the extras that come with the plans!

This is the most affordable insurance my husband's job has ever offered their employees. I wish they had discovered Sana insurance long before.

Sana is a fantastic plan, as long as you have no medical problems come up. We used our policy for annual scopes, and each faced a surgery within the same year. We were cancelled as soon as the year closed. Sana is easy to work with, and truly helpful. Their plans also included free radiology and lab work as long as thru their program, which again was easy to access. We had one rough year, and were truly disappointed to no longer have the option of this insurance. I’ve had exactly one surgery in my life before this, and my husband never had any. It was a truly out of characteristic year for us.
