I wasn't able to use it on my walk-in…
I wasn't able to use it on my walk-in visit, so I ended up paying on a sliding pay scale. The same thing happed at the pharmacy.

Great product - customer focused
Sana has great built-in services and have found their support team to be true member advocates. It works differently than traditional insurance, but once you understand how to get the most out of your benefits it is great.
