As far as coverage, Sana was amazing. We would've kept them but doctors and hospitals were hesitant to work with them as they didn't know who they were, which resulted in a lot of headaches for folks. We had several issues with varying responses given to doctors offices that called to inquire the coverage. Overall, if Sana was more well known and more places knew how to process the insurance information, we would've been glad to stay. The "Referenced Based" label was very tough to overcome with doctors/practices too. With a linked health network, why does Sana have to be Reference based? This is what threw a lot of places off unfortunately.

The card does not work. The Northshore University System in Illinois Hospital does not have information about SANA and SANA representative was only able to provide me over the corner small institutions but not hospitals.

Were very patient with us and answered all our questions so we could make our decision to go with them.
