What did you do wrong? You emailed all our employees the wrong open enrollment dates and then did not own your mistake and reopen the portal. Also, a beam rep told one of my employees they could not help her with the out-of-pocket expenses, but to reach out to her employer and they should help. VERY disappointed in the lack of professionalism regarding a big oops.

The experience was smooth. Sana personnel were responsive and addressed every concern and explained every potential issue. The coverage works as Sana described it would. We significantly saved on cost by switching to Sana and feel like we got more coverage.

The coverage was great and my medical bills were paid in a timely manner.

Our small business spent a lot of effort to chose a new health insurance provider, after choosing Sana and being really happy with them, just shy of one year, they cancelled our policy with very short notice and no chance of renewal or negotiation. We had several healthy employees and used it normally. Don’t trust Sana, as they will cancel your policy without any notice if your employees are using it at all. My company is now without health insurance while we scramble to find another option.

Very attentive customer service

The prices were better than anything I ever experienced. More was covered. And the biggest thing was the offering of PPOs in Ohio. I wanted that more than anything and I can go out of state to the doctor it needed.
