Very disappointed in the way my products arrive the hair dye suits were out of the boxes the boxes were squished and crumbled not quite sure if they even match the bus I will never order online again I have bought some sellers forward 20 years first and last time I'll ever order online The air bubble thing that was in the box to protect my products I had very little air in it I was very disappointed when I open my bags shame on you Sally's

If I could give a zero star, that would even be too generous

I ordered online, next day delivery. I received an email from Sally the next day saying that they delivered it to DPD depot and their job is done. And later on I received a tracking number from DPD saying that they are delivering in 5 days:))) so the whole next day delivery was a scam!

HORRIBLE Quality Control and a Customer Service Department who just do not care about quality. I ordered 8 relaxers - kits. They arrived in a perfect box - no damage to the exterior shipment box. However, the products (some were still shrink wrapped - 2 products together) had burst inside the product's box, soaking the boxes to the point where the graphic ink was blending and the boxes has deteriorated so badly that they looked melted and open in spots where the soaking had been present for a long time. Beyond nasty. Customer service said the product was useable!!! To whom they refer is unknown because they are not useable to me!! Take your business to a reputable place. Sally use to be great but not any longer. I will upload pictures if I can find how to do that.

I'm not sure what has happened at the Ocean Springs, MS store but the customer service is horrible. Where did they find these employees??? What happened to all the extremely helpful gals that were working there for the past couple of years??? I can understand one or two employees leaving but all of them??? This whole store has all new people in it that have no clue what they're doing not to mention they're so rude and unhelpful. I've shopped at this Sally's for years and I miss the employees that actually knew what they were talking about and where to find the products. I asked to speak to the manager and she was just clueless and a smart elec. And why is the store always in disarray and out of everything?? I'll drive out of my way to go elsewhere from now on because that store is a disgrace now.

Very helpful for showing different products to help my hair

Had been going there for a while, stopped going got tired of staff following me. Always asking every few minutes how I'm doing, looking at me threw the isles like I'm a thief or something. It's very uncomfortable I have never given any reason for them to treat me like this. Will not be going back, this is in the Chilliwack location.

What a lovely kind helpful manager. I just went to Nuneaton branch. I cannot fault the service there. She was lovely and so helpful. I really hope she gets the recognition from the top offices. She is an absolute star and a credit to your company. Great customer service absolutely makes a difference.
