Very disappointed – product appears to be counterfeit I purchased a WAHL Hero T-Blade Corded Trimmer Kit from Sally Beauty expecting to receive a genuine, high-quality Wahl professional trimmer. Unfortunately, the product I received appears to be fake/counterfeit, and the quality was nowhere near what I would expect from a genuine Wahl product. From the moment I tried to use the trimmer, the blade was extremely blunt and ineffective. It struggled to cut hair properly and, in some areas, would not cut the hair at all. A professional trimmer should provide a clean, precise cut, but this one was practically unusable. I also found the overall quality of the product questionable, which raised further concerns about its authenticity. The performance was completely inconsistent with what I would expect from a genuine Wahl Hero. Instead of getting the sharp, reliable performance associated with Wahl professional clippers and trimmers, I received a product that could not perform even the most basic task of cutting hair effectively. I would strongly recommend checking the authenticity of this product before using it. In my experience, the trimmer was not fit for purpose, the blade was blunt.

Sept 1/2026, 38 ave store, Edmonton, Alberta, approximately 1PM. The female employee/cashier was rude, disinterested. I asked about a product. The woman looked away while she sighed. She abruptly answered my question, looked away again, and sighed. I then told her she was being rude to me, and, as a senior I had people treat me rudely, like she was doing, and I usually do not say anything, but, I was saying something about it today. The woman was still RUDE when she said........well, you've asked my 5 questions already....what do you expect me to do? At that point I said, thank you and started walking out. She then asked in a flat voice, no smile......what are you looking for? I told her. She did not know what I was talking about. I said I would walk around the store and have a look. She was rude to the woman she was serving before me and also after me. I left the store. This woman represents the face of Sally Beauty. It is not a good look.

SO MADDDDD!! Spent over 30 minutes trying to use the site with no luck. Finally called their "customer service' lina and waited on hold 15 minutes. When the agent got on the line, they told me to try my other browser, then I had to reset my password and it STILL WOULDN'T WORK. He said their site 'was having issues,try again in another 3 hours, and we can't take your order over the phone'. THEN WE GOT 'CUT OFF'. OMG. Over an HOUR of dealing with this and it's STILL NOT FIXED. BTW, he said I could go to my local store. . .um, IF they had the product I wanted, I would have gone there. IT'S NEVER IN STOCK.

I go there regularly at the store in Winwick and the manager’s customer service was absolutely appalling and it’s disgusting how I was treated she was constantly rude and dismissive!!!

I have always loved Sally's the women who work there knows their stuff my mom bought some wella color cream and it was an amazing product I got the results I was looking for thank you

BAD Experience - The Sally Rep (Jasmine) not only be being helpful but also being rude. Please consider that I have been a loyal Sally customer for 20+ years. Her attitude and poor customer service is going to take my business to somewhere else. GREAT Experience - Instead, when I talked to Kathy, I found her very polit and helpful. I bought a ceramic curling iron last year date, 07/7/25. The brand name was CHI LAVA 1” volcanic lava. On its box marked 2 year limited Warranty. But after using it twice ( one last year when I bought, then on July 5, 2026 which in the middle of my curling my hair, it stopped heating. Thinking it just need a short break so I tried again it was not working anymore. I paid $115.00 Canadian money bought the warranty for $15.00 from Sally’s own warranty. So I went to the Store where I bought it. Right away they told me it’s my respons8bility to contact the number on the warranty. I did and was told they are not yet liable due to its manufacturer two year warranty. So I was told to contact CHI LAVA which I did. But only got frustrated cause they want me to send them $20. US dollars for them to ship the replacement for their product. I asked the representative if I could just get the replacement from Sally since I originally bought it from that Store. The lady said no you have to send the money to us for you and o get the replacement. I just told her I am not giving more money for a piece of JUNK like CHI LAVA. Also, I just realized from this experience that buying Sally’s warranty is not worth it. If you do will be tossed back and forth and no customer benefit at all. So don’t buy any electronic products from Sally’s buy from Walmart or even better from Amazon but never from Sally’s.

I purchased earrings for sensitive ears only to find out once i got home they were for piercing. You cannot use them for daily wear as the backs are impossible to get on. There was nothing indicating they were for piercing. I went to return them only to be told there is no returns on jewelry. Now I'm stuck with a $14 purchase I can never use. Honestly this is the sort of thing that will make me no longer shop there.
