each time I click a coupon I have to start over and find where I left off. It now takes me forever to clip coupons. Please fix this. been happening about 2 weeks now. on line tech says give it 24 hours, still the same, after clearing browser cache, and using another browser

I want to recognize an employee at Safeway, Waltham Woods, Parkville, MD - his name is Keyon. I was buying bread at the bakery department and he was the only one who actually went out of his way to help me. I had initially asked a female employee for help in buying a freshly made loaf of Italian bread...she did go into the back to check and then I never saw her again! Keyon (who was obviously doing other duties) kindly asked if I needed help. He instantly went into the back and grabbed me a freshly made loaf of bread, put it in a bag, warned me it was still warm, and gave it to me with a smile! This is true customer service! Thanks Keyon. If it wasn't for you, I'd still be waiting!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service and employees. An employee literally snatched my phone out of my hand because she wanted to see my Safeway app since she didn't believe I had NOT used the coupons I was trying to use before. I have never given the employee a reason to treat me in such a way so I deleted my account and refuse to ever shop there again. When trying to report the incident to someone above someone at the Safeway store they had someone from that same local store try to call me when I specifically said I will not talk to anyone at that store ever again now. Horrible disrespectful employees and management.

They should have senior day later than the first Wednesday. Don't get paid until the second Wednesday of each month. Some where in the middle would make it easier for seniors. Also when you ask a cashier only to take a specific amount on a card, they need to LISTEN! Had one yesterday drain my card to a zero balance after I asked for only a specific amount to come out! Thanks to Safeway I will now have a late bill.

Every time I go to Safeway to get an item on sale, they are out of stock. Today I went at 8:00am to purchase Just4U items and guess what, out of stock. This happens constantly at the 107th & Olive Store, Peoria AZ. Prices high and sales items never available.

I was told that if I did not want to process my own purchase, I should shop elsewhere. This was at the Casa Grande store. I do all my shopping elsewhere now.
