I shop online and I've been shopping at Safeway for years. Started about pandemic shopping. Online prices are a bit high, but lately, the service isn't that great. They pack my stuff hot chicken on top of ice cream, etc called to complain and they act like they don't care. So I've switched to Walmart shopping because the prices are high at Safeway, but I like the quality of their stuff. But when I have damaged goods and they don't care. Then I'm done . Too many dates to put on this app of when I've gotten terrible service. I let it go by fault, but this last delivery was disgusting. And then worked my way out. I think that would be like the very the best that's when to go off. I just feel if I take best way to go back

Tomorrow is St Patrick's Day. Obviously people will need corn beef ,cabbage rye bread etc. 930 am went to the bakery and found no rye bread had been baked for the day ???? Employee said buy soda bread ! No apology, just snapped,buy soda bread then. Great customer service

I am 86 years old. One of my sma ll pleasures is grocery shopping. I finish with a Starbucks sitting with my husband at tables outside the store. This store at stetson plaza in happy valley removed the places to set. They said because of the high school kids. So safeay doesn't like kids? I have been setting there when they get out of school. Sure they are loud. Happy kids. That's it. Kids are kids . What is wrong with America We used to like kids. I like kids. The other safeway on 35th said they removed there setting area because of homeless. So hire security to tell them they can't hang out. Your customers are the ones that did nothing wrong but they can't set outside now. Neither can your employees.

Today I shopped for the month…… probably for the last time at Safeway. Chubs of hamburger were on sale. I was told to get a rain check. ……they were sold out Then I happened to go back into the meat department and a man was putting 3 chubs in a ladies cart. When I questioned I was told that they had put them away for her. This is not the first time that I have been treated like this. I worked for Safeway for 30 years and something like this would never have been allowed. I feel Sobys is ruining the Safeway name. Also why were the Canadian flags pulled off the floor? The Atlantic provinces proudly show theirs…..why not Alberta. This is a good way to have customers boycott you. Keep your nose out of politics

I have used the Safeway for U delivery service for over a year and every month it’s gotten worse and worse. The biggest problem is when something goes wrong during the time the shopper is filling the order, there is no way to contact anyone. Today was the last straw. The shopper kept asking me if I wanted to replace an item that was out of stock, and I wrote back on chat as asked to do. Told him that I had already listed a substitution on my order. He continued to ask me the same question and I kept telling him what I needed. He eventually finalized my order without adding the item I needed for this week’s meals. I am injured from a fall so now I have to struggle to drive to Bel Air and walk to the dairy case to get the item.

Safeway at 470/Smokey Hill in aurora Colorado is USUALLY a good store but on JUNE 14TH I have to say a bit disappointing. I emailed about some discrepancy with the store and was IGNORED! We stopped in and started our shopping as usual (The last 5 years). They had some Chicken Drumettes on sale at 5.00 a bag. (Great Price) The limit wasc5 bags per person..(SUPPLY ISSUE COMING UP) We went and looked and they were completely out (READY) The area they were in could probably hold 10 bags (IF THAT) so basically TWO PEOPLE GRABBED ALL 10 BAGS....(Whoops) It looks like "SUPPLY" COULDN'T keep up with even 10% of the DEMAND...... We asked for a raincheck for ONE BAG!!!!!!!!!!! The manager (ROBERT) IMMEDIATELY SAID NOPE! I hope in the future that "COMMON SENSE" ARRIVES at this store....(COURTESY TOO).

$10 a pound for carne asada and majority of it was fat and unusable.

There is a constant shortage of goods, prices are too high, the site does not accept the order but the money was taken and is being returned for a long time
