Well first off the Dallas Oregon Safeway has not always been the very kindest to some people I've watched it with my own eyes and it's happened to myself and other people I know they've got new people now so it's getting a little better they're more friendly they help more they don't get upset when they are asked to help someone

They definitely need new management ay least at tge one I go to in Peoples Plaza Delaware. Their shelves are unstocked, expired items left on shelves for weeks sometimes and their choices have become scarce. This used to be a great store so not sure what went wrong. Their prices are not competitive either.

I like that I live close to the store Unfortunately safeway is the only grocery store in the cle elum town

I recently bought Signature Adult Multivitamins Gummies... They were new to me but price included two for one. I have tried to eat them but even when I chew well it is like eating gravel. I doubt if they dissolve ..I am 86 years old. These are a total failure for me.

The digital coupon and loyalty is so confusing. I'm the only one I know that uses it and i have a terrible time. Senior citizens who need The bargains for our budget are not able to navigate.

I think Safeway need to rethink their customer service and supply chain issues.

My Safeway store has good produce and meat. Most of the store staff are friendly and helpful. But I go between 7-8 am for COVID reasons, and very often there is no check stand open. When I am buying several bags of groceries, I do not like to have to self-check. The process is too cumbersome with a lot of produce and bags.

the deli is not the greatest. at least not here in the Mill Creek, WA area.
