Their store in Madras, Oregon is one of the best to shop for groceries in the west; that has been my experience at this particular supermarket chain. If the rest of their stores across the country would follow that example, there will be a lot less people asking where is the health food store in this town, because it won't be a difference at that point. The produce and selection have been excellent.

Safeway in ukiah ca lakeport ca and clearlake ca wonderful. Great curtious staff in all locations. ukiah and lakeport has starbucks in them. They all have a great deli selection. Ukiah has the cleanest store. Lakeport's customer service dept is the best. A++. Clearlake tops the cake though with thier bakery department. Always fresh baked goods, curtious and knowledgeable staff. Made to order cakes wonderfully delicious.
