Safe Home DirectReviews of safehomedirect.com

The installation was fast and awesome 👌. I'm sure it is going to woe Great 👍. I wish I had bought this years ago when someone stoled $3000 of Salmon and Steelhead fishing gear plus $7000 worth of all my tools. Just glad I 😊 have it now. Highly recommend 👌.

The salesman and the installer were both friendly. The salesman explained things clearly and the installer knew his job well. He wasted no time.

Great presentation by the Sales person. The installation technician was very courteous, explained the systems operation extremely well, and answered all my questions beyond what I was expecting. The only question I forgot to ask was how to make the doorbell video longer because many times it comes up short. Highly recommend this team to everyone.

The salesman was professional and answered all my questions. I was surprised and pleased that the installer could come the same day! He brought with him a new employee and I could see that he was training him thoroughly. They were both very professional and made good suggestions about the system. The answered all my questions thoroughly. They showed me the app and taught me how to use it. So far, I'm very pleased with Safe Home Direct.

I had system installed in Sept. I'm still having problems with cameras. All have a bit on a delay, but the live view on door bell has a bad delay. I can have someone pull in my drive and live showing them getting out of their car, I'm hearing knock at door. After waiting weeks between tech visits, I get "it is what it is". One tech said he would request different cameras, never heard back on that. The last tech a couple weeks ago, again said it was the cameras and what they do is all their going to do. When I called after that tech, I was told that was as good as it would get and if I wanted to cancel, I would probably have to pay a fee. I wish I had never changed over from the system I had!!!!! A response from Safe Home said that techs said internet speed was slow, but when techs checked speed they told me I had "Plenty speed. The Eufy cameras was the problem." One tech said he would put in for different cameras. I heard nothing from that and he no longer works for the company. Guess my next step will be the Better Business Bureau....

Dave in Sales was a pleasure to work with. Gavin (the tech person) was very efficient and made sure our system worked properly.

Excellent service and pleasant, knowledgeable technician.

This is such a very professional company. I recommend this company to everyone!
