Easy to find item & purchase

Easy to order, and received my part in a short time and sooner than I expected. The only problem was the part had some damage, I was still able to install it. Also had to down load instructions to be able to install it.

I needed my part ASAP. I ordered online on Saturday, and it arrived on Tuesday. The only hiccup was that I never got an e-mail confirmation that it had shipped, and I had to request a status through the web site in Tuesday, thinking it had not shipped yet. By then, it was out for delivery, but because of my emergency I had ordered it again direct from the manufacturer with guaranteed next day delivery. Very fast, efficient service. Just could have used the information that it had shipped. I would definitely buy again!

I ordered the wrong motor just before I left the desert for Christmas holidays and an extended vacation, not returning until early February. Carefree arranged to send me a new return label and sent me the proper motor for my over the door awning. Great service.

Parts were not in stock when purchase was made online however the parts were available within 10 days after order placed and were shipped. Supply chain must be efficient with thus company.@
