This service is a strait up scam. Takes your money, does not produce results and customer service does not exist. Switched to NightCafe. Much better service and fair with it's pricing.

Horrible company with no support A horrible company with zero customer support. They use misleading advertising, luring you in with priority access, then dramatically slowing you down after a few days. Their models are heavily censored with vague Terms of Service and no explanation for why your prompt was rejected. You can wait an hour for a video, only for it to be rejected in the end. They remove features without any warning. I bought an annual plan for $1000 expecting 1080p Seedance 2 videos in about 10 minutes per generation, and within days they removed that. Shortly after, they also started slowing down generation times. Asking support on why i have slow ageneration that will even fail with big $ rate so jsut hours of time with 0 videos - they ansered "you can buy more credits to make videos faster" and their credits price is 4x times more expensive that other platforms. They delete negative messages and feedback from their Discord server. They can also ban you without any refund.

Wait times for renders have only degraded in the two years as a user. Their customer service and support, are glorified salespeople only to push the user to buy credits. They treat their users like cattle. I switch over to credits mode and my request and output are processed in under five minutes no issues. So why do we unlimited users wait over an hour for a request? this isn't a system issue, this was someone's deliberate intention when you look at it deeper. I'd like to understand the logic implemented into the backend This whole experience has triggered me to start effort working on exposing the business of Runway Suggestion for users 'AI Platform Reliability Index' focusing on actual true data: Queue Performance - average wait time, peak congestion, timeout frequency Reliability- failed generations, stuck jobs, retries Credit Integrity - credits consumed on failed / unusable renders Consistency - output degradation after system updates occur Throughput - renders/hour under paid tiers UX Transparency - queue visibility, ETA accuracy Stability - uptime patterns, service interruptions Moderation Drift - inconsistent safety flagging Subscription Value - expected vs actual usable render volume

praticamente è come dare istruzioni a un bambino scemo. acquistato piano mensile a 37 euro, in cinque minuti due errori solo per generare la scritta d'inizio del video (IL PROFESSORE) su sfondo nero, prima mancava la "F" e poi la "E" e ogni generazione costa crediti. ho chiesto al chatbot la restituzione dei crediti, ma non è prevista, quindi mi ha restituito i soldi del piano mensile e bye-bye !!! penso che non serva dire altro......

Classic unlimited plan scam. They put their MBA bean-counters in charge of the spreadsheets and thought: brilliant, let's sell an overpriced unlimited plan to get some cash flowing in — but the moment you actually use it the way it's advertised, they throttle the tool into complete uselessness (one video per hour). They claim the wait times are demand-based, but that's reproducibly false. The wait times are simply a calculated brake, nothing more. Sure, AI is expensive and companies need to turn a profit, blah blah blah. But that's your business model problem, not mine as a customer. Nobody is forcing you to offer flat rates. Doing it anyway and then just lying and deceiving people is frankly criminal. So: stay far away from these people. Here's hoping they go under as quickly as possible and take as many of the people responsible down with them.

Shockingly bad, can't take simple instructions about aspect ratio. I only signed up for a monthly subscription, but even that was a waste of money

Runway’s “Unlimited” plan is very misleading. In reality, you spend most of your time waiting in long queues, and generations take extremely long or don’t start at all. If you actually want usable speed, you’re forced to switch to credits, which defeats the purpose of paying for unlimited. This ends up being both time-wasting and money-wasting. I would not recommend the unlimited plan if you need reliable or fast results.

Die unnötigste und überteuertste Video-AI, die ich jemals ausprobiert habe. Viele kostenlose Programme können bzw. konnten das besser. Bin, weil eines eingestellt wurde, zu runwayml gewechselt und hab es leider auch gleich abonniert. Großer Fehler. Selbst die einfachsten Videos bekommt dieses Programm einfach nicht hin. Gesichter werden völlig verändert und unrealistisch weichgezeichnet, Prompts kaum umgesetzt - eine absolute Frechheit und Abzocke für die Credits, die man dafür bezahlt und verbraucht! Nie wieder. Werde sofort mein Abo kündigen!
