Purchased two of the T50 automatic…
Purchased two of the T50 automatic doors recently. Shipping was fast and the doors came packaged well. I will definitely be recommending this product to friends/ family and also plan on picking up more of the chicken-run products in the future!

The Giant door with solar panel is…
The Giant door with solar panel is working well. I had some hickups at first, but customer service was helpful - starting over with the app fixed it.

The Bluetooth connection is terrible
The Bluetooth connection is terrible. It never wants to connect to my phone. I like the auto settings, but I wish I could more easily connect to the phone on my way to work.

Please note that Bluetooth connectivity is limited to a range of approximately 30 feet from the door, which is a normal operating range for this technology. Terrible return process
Terrible return process, weeks later I'm still waiting on my refund after return was received along with my tracking number emailed to them and acknowledged from them. Great Product though.

Best Door Ever, but getting parts is very difficult. …
I needed a new motor unit for my Run Chicken Coop Door. The process was intimidating, so I just bought a new unit. Run Chicken Coop Doors are the only doors that really work without a bunch of problems and I would not use anything but their product. I tried several less expensive units, all of which were not good at all. The Run Chicken Door is the best on the market. I am unhappy because I could not get a quote for how much a new motor unit would cost and have that shipped to me and instead had to order a whole new door which seemed wasteful to me, but it is what is.

The door requires an app to function, and the app doesn't connect with my iPhone
The door requires an app to function, and the app doesnt connect with my new iPhone. I tried for four weeks to get Run Chicken to let me return the door and upgrade to a door that is more expensive but might have buttons for functionality. They sent me 7 template emails in 4 weeks with instructions for use. It doesnt work, they won't allow me to exchange or return the brand new never installed door I bought a month ago. Terrible service, terrible product. ADDING THISD NOTE DAYS AFTER ORIGINAL REVIEW: This company is all scammers. They keep sending me emails asking for photos of my unused product and now it's been past 30 days of them scamming. I highly recommend you dont do business with them.

Additionally we need a screenshot of your app screen to see what font of the letters you are using on your phone.
