It is awonderfull gadget for our chikens I don’t need to worry if the door is open or closed .

I've been using the T50 for about 4 years now. It simplifies the chicken experience so we can rely on them getting in and out on a regular schedule. We use the GPS mode so it opens and closes based on sunrise/sunset for our area. You can also set it to a certain time, if that's your preference. The app has been updated from when we first bought our door, and I do find the new app to be a nice improvement. Their customer service is top notch. Even 4 years on, they will take the time to promptly answer any questions or address any concerns. I was having trouble programming the door again after a recent battery change, and they worked with me to make sure I was able to get things right. Once I had it programmed, they followed up to make sure I was satisfied and to ask if I had any other questions or concerns. You won't find that kind of customer service very often - they deserve 10 stars for that!!

We have a chicken door that we love from here but most recently we got a cute chicken sign that I hung on the outside of the coop - it’s such a fun touch! Everyone always compliments it and it’s just makes it a little unique! Also, I have talked to the person that runs their IG chat and they are so kind!

I am absolutely thrilled with RUN-CHICKEN! Both the build quality and the reliability of their automatic coop doors and the feeder are top-tier. The feeder operates extremely reliably in daily use—you can immediately tell these products are thoughtfully designed for everyday chicken keeping. ​I’d also like to give a special shoutout to their support team: Communication is extremely friendly, fast, and helpful. I have a 2nd door from Run-Chicken. Very good and well-built doors. I don't have to worry about night animals getting into my coop or using my live trap any more thanks to this automatic door. Hopefully in the future they can add Wi-Fi.

I’ve had such a great experience with Run-Chicken! The feeder was easy to put together, simple to connect to the app, and I love that I can control the opening and closing right from my phone. My chickens were curious about it immediately and figured it out quickly! I also really appreciate the quality and thought that went into the design. It feels sturdy, practical, and like something that will make daily chicken care so much easier. So far, I’m very impressed and excited to keep using it!

Very fast customer respond, and clear explanation 👍 It could be nice if you could develop adjusting the light censor manuelt or in the app. Just an idea ☺️
