Regarding the door opening only 3/4 of the way in the morning, that definitely shouldn’t be happening. Sometimes this can be caused by dust or debris on the frame, low batteries, or a calibration issue. If you can fully open it through the app, the unit itself is working, so we’d be happy to help troubleshoot and get it opening all the way automatically. Our door only work on bluetooth conectivity, so there is no need for wifi to open or close the door.
