I give 5 to Rula for many reasons: 1. How easy to navigate the website. 2. How easy to find a provider suits my goals. 3. How easy and quick to start your first session after a fast check of the insurance. 4. Each provider explained their methods of treatment and introduced themselves perfectly for the patients to choose. Overall am happy so far with my experience with Rula.

The process was super intuitive and simple. There was a wide group of options and styles, and it was really nice to get to set everything up online and automatically. This is my second time using Rula, first time was excellent, and this time is off to a good start.

Anna is wonderful and so personable. She really listens and understands what you're saying. She is great to talk to. The booking process was not the best to start with. I asked Ana about it and she said that it was because she was on several platforms but after we got the first visit scheduled, it's been a breeze Scheduling the other ones I would definitely recommend Anna the therapist to anyone. It's great being virtual because you don't have to waste time driving and with FaceTime you can see each other.
