After searching for a therapist for a long time and being placed on waiting lists at several offices in Santa Barbara, I found Rula through Google. The entire process was easy, from navigating the online portal to scheduling my appointment using my insurance. The following week, I was already meeting with my therapist, Savarra. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding, and she has made me feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning. I’m so grateful to Rula for connecting me with Savarra. It has truly been a wonderful experience.

Great way to use scheduled times and frequent reminders

It was easy to sign on with Rula and I was amazed to find out that I had no co-payment. I chose from several qualified therapists. I am just starting my journey with my therapist, but already I feel a genuine connection with her. I feel supported and inspired. This is very good for me.

Great service and an excellent therapy experience

tried to book services for psych - after being talked to by therapist within a month 1st - reconfirm copies of insuarnce cards 2nd - told only have medicare not supplemental 3rd proof of supplemental (anthem) sent but cant talk to insurance team to confitrm 4. scheducled appt & was cancelled because medicare doesnt cover in-person service when appt was zoom - not in person 5. Provider accepts anthem which I have but told insurance doesnt cover 6. Finally told Rula does not have a contract with Medicare for billing psych services and they cant bill anthem direct even though provider accepts anthem Many phone calls with those who dont know what they are doing - find someone else for help

I only rate Rula a 10 because of my Therapist Shawna. One year ago I was a very different person. Today I can say I’m much more positive, grief has come a long way to just deal with. She truly is my angel.

Rula makes the process so easy from beginning to end and there's someone for everyone in their list of practitioners. Highly recommended!
