Don't waste your time Rula's big marketing and advertising push is that it is very easy to get signed up. It isn't. I reccommend contacting your insurance and going through them, because as much of a nightmare that is, Rula isn't any easier. I chose a therapist, did there whole intake process, set appt. Therapist canceled. No option to rebook, deleted from past appointments and care providers. Now I need to go through the whole process again. What a waste of time. Just contact your insurance. It cuts out thai needless middleman Rula.

I was able to book an appoinrment within the timeframe I wanted and with a therapist that was available and capable to help me.

Coach Meko has been outstanding and she really cares about her patients and getting them better. She’s super understanding and compassionate and that’s what I truly need to help me heal.

I love my therapist on Rula! She is kind and knowledgeable. I feel that I’ve made growth toward my goals with her guidance and support. Rula has also been convenient for me to use. I like that I can meet with my therapist from the comfort of my own home.

I just starting treatment this week. I was matched very well with a wonderful lady who I have faith with help me help myself. My insurance covered my visit. It's super convenient with evening appointments

I had an ok therapist. But she suggested I switch to someone with a specialty. I tried to book 5 therapists thru the Rula help number at one point and they all cancelled last minute saying they weren’t taking new patients. Then I tried once more and had 1 appointment with a therapist. Then the next week she last minute rescheduled an appointment then last minute cancelled the rescheduled appointment no apology. Rula said I could choose a new therapist but I give up.

My therapist listened well and made me feel very comfortable discussing hard topics. She was very empathetic and I had a good experience over all.
