Therapist made it easy to talk and made it comfortable.

Since you guys updated your Zoom/program, the links rarely work. It goes to downloading zoom, opening zoom and finally says "no schedule meetings"

My therapist is good at her job. She is focused on helping and healing. Isn't that what it is all about? The online system and website are also easy to navigate. I really appreciate having this resource.

The Zoom feature hasn't worked and technical support is unhelpful in getting it fixed. Nobody is willing to work with me to get it to work. They only want to try on the day of and that would cut into my session time with my therapist. As of 05/15/24, Rula has failed to reach out to me to correct the issue. This is how highly they place their customer service, so I'm changing my review to one star.

I have had mostly a good experience. I have found your care providers to be very professional and experienced. The 1st psychiatrist I saw explained the medication that she was prescribing in detail and in a language I could understand. I had been avoiding medication that could have helped me for years because no one was willing to take the time in the past. My therapist, Anni, is great. She is the exact right person for me and I have experienced great relief to the anxiety I had been experiencing for years. Two points of critical feedback is 1) billing - I wish there was a better system for understanding and being notified about billing. This has caused me a bit of frustration. 2). My psychiatric nurse quit without any communication regarding my medication. I figured it out, but this also caused me some anxiety.

My experience with Rula so far has been beyond amazing! Not only did I get to choose my therapist but they also give you a description of who they are, what they specialize in, and a little about them before you decide who you would like. The person who I choose is so GOOD, I'm honestly really thankful for her. I feel like she actually listens to me and in such short time she has helped me out sooo much, something I thought would take a long time due to being in therapy before but no one can compare to her!!
