The therapist that was assigned to my daughter made the effort and took the time to meet with me to understand the entire picture of what we were going through. She took the time to listen to my daughters needs and mine as a parent and has offered further follow-ups to get to the roots of the issues.

My psychiatrist and therapist are amazing people, but the accounts team doesn't seem to want to do their jobs even though I clearly said multiple times that if there is an issue with my card to immediately call me. I have to keep reaching out to them even though I am terribly busy during the day.
