This company is about profit and not about metal well being for their clients. When I first joined, my first appointment was cancelled because I didn’t add the right credit card. CANCELLED!! When I called immediately to fix the situation, I was told I would need to reached to the following week. I missed an appointment in September due to taking my dog to the Vet ER where he passed away. I was charged the $100 no show fee and when I explained what happened I was told a that pets are not considered “family”. Are you kidding me?!?!? Pets are family!! And Rula is supposed to be about mental health?? I am only with Rula because my therapist switched to this company otherwise I would have left a long time ago.
