I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with their billing department. Despite providing my health insurance details, I was charged over $1,000 because they failed to bill my insurance. Consequently, my account incurred an overdraft, even though I had instructed them to charge a different account. They assured me that updating the new card details would resolve the issue, but it did not. As a result, I now face an overdraft fee from my bank. Upon contacting my health insurance, I was initially informed that the charges were from last year, which was incorrect. After further investigation, my insurance confirmed that the fees were indeed from this year. I am now left to resolve this matter on my own.
