Video session are super easy and I love my therapist. I’m so glad I able to do them in the evenings because I work 8-5 Monday- Friday. Great service!

My therapist is very considerate.

Heather Dalmases is a great counselor. She has great insights, and feels like the only counselor thats helped me. The previous counselors just seem like they want to listen or ask how my week has been, but they didnt didnt offer alot of insight or ways of managing my feelings. Heather does and I appreciate that. I'm practicing alot of what she's told me to do, and I'm feeling better about myself.

Being able to chose my therapist based off a list of many different wonderful people is great. I found the perfect match for my needs. She is very helpful and supportive. We communicate via zoom and it’s very simple to connect.

The ear that is listening and recommending and giving advice is professional and built a bond that at least it feels like one that I can say anything and she will always have my best interest in mind.
