Miscommunication about appointments
I’ve had two instances where the therapist does not show up to the appointment. In the first case the therapist said Rula never contacted them to let them know that they even had an appointment. This was supposed to be our first visit and it didn’t work out. Now, at this very moment, I had an appointment that started 30 minutes ago and no therapist yet. I’m not sure if it’s the same issue but this is my last try and I’m switching to a different provider. This type of problem is fine if it happens rarely but for it to happen back to back to the same person seems like too high of a rate for me. If I have to pay to cancel my appointment late or if I don’t show up then I should get paid for time wasted planning for a session that never happens.
