Great therapist, easy to talk to

I’m very pleased with this and have been looking for a Therapist for awhile. Allison is awesome and I’m looking forward to more sessions with her. This is the first time that I’ve made the decision to get help and I’m so thankful I did. I’m ready to heal and be healthy minded and happy. Thank you🙏

The therapy that I have been receiving at Rula has been extremely helpful. I feel as though I’m able to process my feelings and grief. I’m 66 years old and have had little experience with therapy.
