Great and easy to use and already like my therapist that I chose better than life health

The therapist I was matched with is AMAZING! She always so calming, but doesn’t hesitate to be funny when the moment provides it. She has always made me feel seen and heard. I look forward to meeting with her each week. Booking my sessions or rescheduling is always handled easily online. She is quick to respond and is always willing to accommodate for me. I can’t recommend Erin enough.

The website is well made and helped me navigate through the process quickly. I was able to easily schedule appointments. The appointment was great and I felt like the therapist really listened and had great insight.

Easy to set up. Great choice of providers.

After booking my 3rd cancelled appointment, I don't think I can set any appointment. And the cancellation is often nead the appointment date. I get a consistent message like the provider cannot take the appointment at this time. And it recommends me to find another doctor, or schedule. After doing this 3 times, where some appointments are like 1 to 2 weeks out, just to find out it gets cancelled a day or 2 before the appointment, that's it, it feels like the database is useless. Maybe some of the doctors should not be listed in there but they are just to find out they cannot accept anyone.

It was my first intake appointment and I learned more in this appointment that I have in many other types of therapy. Learning about my nervous system and how to understand myself more. I cant wait for the next session!

I have had a great experience. Seeking therapy has greatly improved my life. My therapist is professional, friendly and I always look forward to our visits. I juggle a very busy schedule and I have always let that be an excuse for me to not seek the help I needed.
