Rula makes it so easy to connect with a licensed therapist and find a therapy style that works for you. Scheduling is a breeze and the resources are all top notch. Further, the therapist I was assigned has been thoughtful, attentive, and has already provided me with several management strategies for improving my mental well-being. We all benefit from having a good health-care team, and mental health should not be an exception.

Horrible one size fits all waste of time. RULA is garbage, would not recommend to anyone.

Rula is the first online telehealth service that you can talk to people live and not be in the dark about what your coverage is and you can pick just the right therapist for you. Very nice company.

Thus far my short term experience with finding and scheduling appointments has been very satisfactory on Rula. I have managed to attend my first appointment with whom seems to be a good match and thusly Rula has preemptively scheduled the same time frames for the coming weeks which means I do not have to schedule appointments on my own each week, I appreciate that.
