Rula consistently checks in with me several days before my therapy session to remind me of my appointment. Rula sends me a survey to ask how I have been feeling, so my therapist knows. Rula then sends me the secure link for my zoom therapy appointment. My therapist is outstanding, professional, and highly skilled.

I had an emergency and they kept in contact with me to resolve the conflict and find a Dr right away. I really appreciate the effort they make for my well being.
