The company rep figured out our needs
The company rep asked questions about type of counselor my daughter would connect with and time frame. We were connected with a great person.

Good overall, but could use more fine tuning
Rula sets up an easy-to-use questionnaire for assessing different concerns that a therapist might want to know about. However, self-reporting is notoriously inaccurate as people forget things that happen a few days ago and focus on how they are feeling now.

Kit is a great listener!
Kit is a great listener. I’m really enjoying my experience with her. She’s down to earth and professional but without being too buttoned up. I’m a talker and she responds to everything I put out there. We’ve only had one EMDR session so far but I’m already seeing the results. Can’t wait to continue our journey together!

The Experience
Rula is by far one of the best online therapy experiences I’ve ever had. You can pick what works if not satisfied you can even pick another therapist.. very affordable and accepts most insurances. Check them out!

Technology issues
I don't like that I have to recieve an email everytime I want to login to my patient portal.ive also had 2 appointments canceled by the Rula system not by my therapist. I have enjoyed the therapists I chose by looking through profiles to make sure they were a good match for me.
