The ease of collaborating my insurance with the company application process was a relief… the Therapist I matched with is amazing and I love the time slot I have made to work with my schedule! Couldn’t have asked for more when your an overwhelmed single mama who is forced to be on autopilot for everyone else this was a relief for me! Rula taking out the guesswork of how to go about tele health therapy made me feel better

The intro sections seem generic, or like a dating website. It would be helpful to have a questions/answers forum or learn more about the professionals actual skill set not what they claim. I also do not like being automatically scheduled for the next 10 sessions.

it’s was just ok my therapist just seemed to want to get me in and out and was just nonchalant and acted bored. had her hand on her head and everything snd just didn’t seem engaged at all

I like the convenience. Like how professional the Counselors are! Easy to work with!

The concept of affordable mental health care is amazing. It has been super helpful being able to afford regular visits with my LCP. I love my provider but after providing my insurance, Rula said I would have a small $20 copay. After attending several visits, Rula charged my card for the full cost of my visit because my insurance deductible had not been met. Although it was pretty upsetting, the Rula team worked with me to solve the problem with the insurance billing and get my refund processed.
