Excellent platform; even better therapist.

It is nice to talk with someone that will not judge,that feels like a safe space. I am getting help learning how to confront my insecurities instead of feeling guilty because of them. I feel more confident, it has helped strengthen my relationships all around. I have spent years needing to be the strong for others, I saw my insecurities as a weakness. I realize I can come to peace with the whole me, that in itself has been freeing.

Great therapist and sessions have been insightful

My therapist through Rula is very helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the support she has been giving me. It is already improving my life. It's great that Rula is remote and that weekends are available.

Manuel has been very nice and has helped me through a tough time

Rula has made my online therapy experience very easy. It was quick to get myself situated when I first used it, and I haven’t had any issues since! I’m happy that it exists and recommend others to it.

The psychiatrist is impossible to reach through any means unless you talk to them at the appointment. The billing is very confusing and the support team is not helpful. I have been charged all different amount for appointments and no one at the support team is helping me out. Once the psychiatrist I had made a diagnose she stuck with it even though it is incorrect.

I had been working to schedule an appointment with a different provider but was unable to secure an appointment. With this site I was able to schedule within 2 days and Naomi was great.
