The original therapist I selected wasn’t available even though he was listed as available and my appointment was confirmed. Then I chose another one who was listed and scheduled an appointment with him and was told he was not accepting new patients. The therapist I ended up with has changed appointment times of previously scheduled appointments several times now and it is becoming a hassle. I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism with keeping Therapist List updated and with therapist keeping scheduled appointments (as scheduled by the patient).

I was able to select from a variety of licensed therapists who had a nice bio that explained some of their specialties. The first therapist I selected was a great fit and my overall experience has been refreshing.

Made it really easy to get started. I liked the list of therapists with their information. It helped me pick a good fit for me from the beginning.

When searching for a therapist Rula made it easy by finding help within my insurances network and their questionnaire matched me with an awesome therapist.
